With the latest update of the K-Suite software, in addition to the other new features we have also added the 655 Bootloader Tricore protocol for K-TAG in order to work with the new Giulia. The technical department concerned with ECM Titanium has obviously updated the driver and the related maps. Further below you will read a great deal of interesting information on this vehicle: the main technical specifications, the type of  engine and transmissions, the location of the control unit and how to read it, and more important, which parameters to adjust to get the best from these cars.

Only after a few days from our last update, here we are again. And K-Suite, the KESSv2 and K-TAG software, is the protagonist of this new update including new protocols from many many vehicles. Any examples? From today, you can write via OBDII VAG group vehicles equipped with Continental SIMOS18 TC1791 ECUs – please note that this protocol (473) has been updated so that it can also work on Volkswagen and Audi vehicles MY 2015 and 2016... the latest! You can write via OBD also vehicles equipped with BOSCH EDC17CP14 ECUs. For its reading, the original files will be automatically downloaded using the K-Suite software as soon as the user saves the ID of the ECU on his own computer: this is called Virtual Reading…

And for K-TAG, using the Bootloader Tricore, two new protocols for Mercedes supporting a BOSCH MED17.7.5 XROM TC1793 and Ford with BOSCH EDC17C70 IROM TC1797. And you know what? We managed to study and test the new Giulia! With K-TAG you’ll work on the 2016 Alfa Giulia 2.2 Multijet 150 and 2016 Alfa Giulia 2.2 Multijet 180.
