Toyota Avensis 2.0 D-4D
This new generation of Toyotas introduces the new Euro 6 engine, based on BMW engines coded 1WW (1.6 D-4D) and 2WW (2.0 D4-D). The 2.0 D-4D engine is able to provide, stock version, 105 kW @ 4000 RPM e 320 Nm @ 1750 RPM. In this case the electronics is not Denso but Bosch and manages both direct injection and the common-rail to provide high performance and lower emissions.
In the image below you can see where the ECU is placed, next to the box of the air filter.
With K-TAG using the most common activation, Tricore, and then selecting GPT Protocol number 775, you can first make a back up of the files in the ECU and then to work on all the parameters to manage the engine performance.

How do you edit the file you just read? With ECM Titanium and the driver we developed for this ECU!
Let's take as example some maps for Toyota Avensis, model code WWT271 with 105KW and 320Nm
If you open the map "Maximum Torque Limiter" using our driver, you immediately notice that the same dates provided by Toyota are the same you are given by ECM Titanium. So you can work on real and exact parameters, 320Nm!
Another example can be made on the control of the rail pressure, as you see the maximum pressure reaches 2000bar, as declared by the factory!
But ECM Titanium is not only tables and numbers! The more experienced ones can also go deeper and make modifications using 2D view.
Or why not, 3D... Turbo Pressure map!
And yes... Also available in hexa view!
