From today, the Original files request service through the Alientech Databank has no limits: it is always available 24 hours a day, 7 days out of 7!
The service has been automated, so every day and at any time you can request the original file you need, without having to depend on our technical support service.
Requesting an original file is very easy, you just have to::
- click on “Original files request"
- fill out the form with the data necessary to process your request
- enter the exact name of the driver
- send your request
In a few minutes you will receive by e-mail the original file that you have requested.
Please remember to pay great attention to the driver name you enter: if it is incomplete or incorrect your request can not be processed automatically, but it will be processed as a standard request from the technical support service during our working hours (from 8:30 to 12:30, and from 14:00 to 18:00 CET).
